Rec Center Gym Lights

The City of Wheat Ridge is seeking a qualified contractor to design and supply new LED lighting at the City's Recreation Center, specifically the Recreation Center Main Hall and Gymnasium areas. The project requires a "turn-key" LED lighting replacement, including lighting design and installation of new fixtures. The contractor will need to provide a full and complete lighting design, connections details, electrical drawings, material specifications, and all work product required to comply with code and permit requirements. The ideal contractor will be local to Colorado and be able to complete the installation of the new lighting design during a 7-day period. The work must be complete in the 2025 calendar year. • The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the project, including design, installation, and completion. • The contractor will need to work safely around patrons or perform some work before or after hours of operation. • The Gymnasium can be closed temporarily, and closure will be coordinated with the winning contractor. • The contractor will need to provide a Performance Bond for this project. • The contractor will need to maintain insurance coverage, including Workers Compensation, Commercial General Liability, and Commercial Automobile Liability. • The contractor will need to comply with all applicable State of Colorado and Federal laws, City and County ordinances, licenses, and regulations.
