Description
The State of Minnesota is seeking a vendor to provide an AccuFIT 9000 Pro Respirator Fit Tester. The tester must include various accessories and meet specific standards. The contract term is anticipated to be from November 2025 to February 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional four months. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $10,000 to $18,000.
• The AccuFIT 9000 Pro Respirator Fit Tester must be OSHA, HSE, and CSA protocol compliant for testing respirator fit.
• The equipment must include an AC adapter, hard-sided case, alcohol cartridge with storage cap and spare wicks, case of reagent-grade 99.5% isopropyl alcohol, sample twin tube, HEPA filters, AccuFIT testing software, AccuPunch testing probe kit, AccuPunch ultrasonic particle generator, USB cable, thumb drive storage, certified calibration, operation and service manuals.
• A two-year warranty at no extra cost is required.
• Remote training at no additional cost is preferred.
• The unit must be quick and easy to use.
• All freight/delivery charges must be FOB Destination with shipping included in the unit price.
