Rehabilitation of I-395 NB Bridge over the Potomac River  CM Services

The District of Columbia Department of Transportation is seeking qualified architecture and engineering firms to provide Project Management (PM) and Construction Management (CM) services for the rehabilitation of the I‑395 Northbound Bridge over the Potomac River (Bridge #170‑1). The scope includes overseeing design, permitting, construction oversight, schedule and cost control, and ensuring compliance with federal and local regulations. This is a competency‑based solicitation where firms submit Statements of Qualifications rather than detailed technical proposals. • Provide comprehensive PM/CM services for a major bridge rehabilitation in Washington, DC. • Requires demonstrated experience with transportation infrastructure projects, especially bridges. • Contractor will act as the liaison between DDOT, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
