Budget estimate

$2,500,000 – $2,850,000

The NOFO lists an award ceiling of $2,850,000 and an award floor of $0, indicating the full funding amount could be up to the ceiling. Given the scope (national curriculum development, multiple training events, technical assistance, and evaluation), a realistic award is likely between $2.5 million and $2.85 million. The lower bound assumes some cost‑share or reduced scope; the upper bound reflects the maximum ceiling stated.
