Bloomberg Government Online Subscriptions

The Department of Labor is seeking a contractor to provide online access to The Daily Labor Report and Occupational Safety & Health News. The contractor will provide an administrative module for DOL Library staff to manage users and user newsletter subscriptions, as well as usage statistics on access of the periodicals by DOL users. The number of users fluctuates yearly, but currently, there are around 400 users for The Daily Labor Report and 150 for Occupational Safety & Health News. The contractor will provide quarterly reports on DOL user activity, including user IDs, user click counts, user log in counts, and user query counts. Key features of the contract include: • Online access to The Daily Labor Report and Occupational Safety & Health News • Administrative module for managing users and user newsletter subscriptions • Usage statistics on access of the periodicals by DOL users • Quarterly reports on DOL user activity • Flexibility in licensing the number of periodicals users on an annual basis
