Description
Alabama Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified vendor to perform comprehensive landscaping services for its Fayette District 1 office. The work includes removal of existing grass and weeds, site preparation, installation of landscape fabric, planting of specified trees, bushes, and flowers, placement of river rock, and installation of five 24‑inch ceramic pots with flowers. All plants must be supplied in at least 5‑gallon containers, and the vendor must provide two Japanese maples, eight low‑maintenance evergreen bushes, two pencil hollies, soil, fabric, river rock, and any other required materials. The project must be completed after a mandatory site visit on April 9, 2026, with final cleanup upon completion.
