USCG TRACEN CAPE MAY REPAIR, AND RETURN OF USCG FOUL WEATHER PARKAS, TROUSERS, AND LINER JACKETS

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking a contractor to inspect, repair, and return USCG Foul Weather Parkas, Trousers, and Liner Jackets. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete the work. The contract will be for a base year with two option years. The government will evaluate offers based on technical approach, past performance, quality control and inventory management, and price. • The contractor must demonstrate the ability to meet all garment specifications and repair requirements as outlined in the Statement of Work. • The contractor must provide references or examples of similar work. • The contractor must provide a written Quality Control and Inventory Management Plan. • The contractor must submit a pricing worksheet and a technical approach volume. • The contractor must complete entity-level representations and certifications online in the System for Award Management (SAM).
