Description
The Broome County Land Bank Corporation is seeking a general contractor to perform renovations and reconstruction work on a 2-story residence located at 27 Columbia Avenue, Binghamton, NY 13903. The scope of work includes site work, selective demolition, exterior and interior improvements, new rear deck and kitchen extension addition, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system upgrades. The project requires a single prime contract, and the contractor will be responsible for completing all the work. The project includes various requirements such as insurance, M/WBE, and EEO requirements.
• Exterior improvements include roofing, gutters, downspouts, selective door replacement, exterior vinyl siding, and accessories.
• Interior improvements include kitchen extension addition, living room, dining room, kitchen renovations, and renovation of hall, bathroom, bedrooms, and closets.
• Interior finishes include cabinets, countertops, casework, LVT flooring, tile walls/flooring, new and refinish hardwood flooring, and finish painting.
• HVAC, electrical, and plumbing upgrades are also included.
