The Department of Veterans Affairs (VHA) is conducting a market‑research Sources Sought to identify qualified electrical contractors capable of inspecting, testing, and repairing the electrical power distribution system at the Muskogee VA Medical Center (≈889,000 sq ft). The effort includes comprehensive visual inspections, infrared thermal scans, transformer servicing (oil‑filled, dry‑type, and air‑cooled), switchgear and breaker testing, ground‑resistance testing, and documentation per VA Directive 1028, NFPA 70E, and NETA standards. Respondents must provide company information, small‑business status, and certifications (NETA, NICET, OSHA 10‑hour). A Registered Professional Engineer must oversee the work, and a detailed report must be submitted within 45 days of field completion.
