SOURCES SOUGHT FOR NEW RESIDENTIAL HOUSING CONSTRUCTION IN SEWARD, ALASKA

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking qualified vendors with relevant experience and past performance building multifamily residential buildings in Alaska. The project consists of the construction of a two-story 4-bedroom duplex, a two-story 3-bedroom duplex, a single-story 4-bedroom ADA duplex, and a single-story accessory support building. The construction shall be wood frame with concrete foundations and include crawl spaces. Each duplex will have an exterior deck at or near grade. The project requires compliance with various codes and standards, including the International Residential Code (IRC) 2021 and the Alaska Housing Building Energy Efficiency Standard (BEES).
