DNA Methylation Testing

The Pennington Biomedical Research Center (PBRC) requires DNA Methylation testing services for 650 samples. The testing services must include DNA Methylation- Normalized B values per attached specifications. The supplier must have a dedicated project manager assigned to the PBRC project as a single point of contact to resolve problems or discrepancies. The project manager must have a PhD in an allied field of biological sciences. The supplier must process all samples with array manufacturer’s standard protocols and must remove CpG probes mapped to ambiguous locations in the human genome.
