Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for a database annual subscription renewal. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew. The successful bidder will provide database services, including Service Cloud - Enterprise Edition, Premier Success Plan, Digital Engagement - Enterprise Edition, Public Sector Foundation - Advanced Enterprise Edition, and Lightning Platform - Enterprise Edition. The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances, and must provide proof of insurance.
• The bidder must submit a completed Request for Bid (RFB) form, Appendix A package, and other required documents.
