Description

The North Dakota Game and Fish Department seeks a qualified vendor to design, produce, and launch a statewide outreach campaign focused on aquatic nuisance species (ANS). The contractor will create educational materials, manage advertising placement across multiple media channels, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize outreach efficiency. This effort aims to increase public awareness and mitigate the spread of invasive aquatic organisms throughout North Dakota’s waterways. • Develop print and digital outreach assets (brochures, flyers, website content, social media graphics). • Plan, negotiate, and purchase advertising slots (print, online, radio, etc.) to disseminate campaign messages. • Offer strategic insights and innovative ideas for expanding campaign reach, including partnership opportunities and new distribution channels. • Coordinate implementation activities as directed by the department, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with state guidelines.

$50,000 – $150,000

No budget is disclosed in the notice. State‑wide outreach campaigns of this nature typically range from modest to moderate budgets, covering creative development, media purchases, and project management. Assuming a mid‑size campaign with a mix of print, digital, and radio ads, a plausible contract value could be between $50 k and $150 k, depending on the scope of media buys and the level of creative services required.
