Crane and Hoists Inspections Repair and Maintenance Services

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is seeking a contractor to perform annual inspections and recommended preventive maintenance on approximately 196 overhead cranes/hoists at various WSSC facilities in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties, Maryland. The contractor will be required to perform a thorough annual inspection of the hoisting machinery, provide lubrication to all components requiring such, and perform emergency repair services as needed. The contractor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in performing crane and hoist inspections, repairs, and maintenance work, and must possess and maintain all licenses and certifications required by the State of Maryland.
