Skyview Park Project

The Town of Fountain Hills is seeking a qualified General Contractor to perform work and provide materials for the Skyview Park Project. The project includes removals, civil improvements, hardscape improvements, site furnishings improvements, landscaping improvements, irrigation improvements, and electrical improvements. The contractor must demonstrate successful completion of at least three similar projects within the past 60 months, one of which must have a dollar value of at least 75% of the total bid for this project. The contractor must also provide references, licenses, and certifications, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
