Description
The Agency of Human Services, Department of Vermont Health Access, is seeking proposals to provide workforce support and system development in the form of case manager training and certification for health professionals serving patients in the State of Vermont. The selected vendor will be expected to provide the services and/or products identified in its bid, at the prices listed. The contract will be for a period of 14 months with an anticipated start date of August 1, 2026.
Key aspects of the job include:
* Providing case manager training and certification for health professionals
* Ensuring Continuing Education Units
* Hosting certification examination
* Providing centralized resources for future reference and access
* Meeting the minimum qualifications and requirements outlined in the RFP
