The Navajo Nation Judicial Branch seeks a vendor to deliver a comprehensive, cloud‑based case‑management platform that will replace its existing JustWare system and support court, prosecution, public defender, probation, and peacemaking functions. The contract includes software licensing (SaaS or proposer‑hosted), full implementation services (project management, data migration, training, testing, and support), and a five‑year maintenance and support term. The solution must meet Navajo cultural, security, and privacy requirements, be hosted within the continental United States, and handle large volumes of case data and documents.
• Provide an integrated case‑management suite covering five distinct justice modules.
• Perform data conversion from an on‑premise JustWare environment (≈1.2 TB of documents, millions of records).
