Architectural and Engineering Services for Tenant Improvements

Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) is seeking qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide full‑service design, engineering, and project‑management for tenant‑improvement of two new Head Start preschool centers located within the Jordan Downs public‑housing development. The work includes schematic design, detailed design, construction administration, and close‑out for both sites, which are currently delivered as shell structures by the housing authority.
