Georgia State University (GSU) is seeking qualified suppliers to provide comprehensive pressure‑washing services for the exterior surfaces of its campus buildings, including high‑rise structures of 15 stories or more. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors on a price‑ and turnaround‑time basis, with work performed on an as‑needed basis; no minimum volume is guaranteed.
