Description
Rowan University is establishing a pool of qualified on‑call vendors to provide a full suite of environmental remediation services across all current and future campus locations in New Jersey. The contract will be a one‑year term beginning July 1, 2026, with up to two optional one‑year renewals. Vendors must be able to respond within one hour for emergencies and within four hours for non‑emergent requests, supply “not‑to‑exceed” cost estimates before work begins, and bill using flat hourly rates that include all overhead, travel, and profit. The solicitation requires compliance with New Jersey prevailing‑wage rules, a range of insurance coverages, and submission of extensive statutory certifications through an electronic portal.
