North Apron Deice Pad Tank Installation

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking a qualified contractor to remove existing AC paving, excavate, remove existing manhole, install a 10,000-gallon tank and lift station, backfill, and install new AC paving, associated electrical conduit and wiring, and storm drain piping. The project is located at the North Apron Deice Pad. The contractor will be required to provide all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, permits, and fees, utilities required, and all incidental items necessary to complete the project. • The project will be funded by the RTAA's general fund, with an estimated budget of $400,000 to $500,000. • A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on July 27, 2026, at 1:00 PM (PT) at the RTAA Construction Trailer. • Bidders are required to submit one original hard copy and one electronic copy of their bid. • The bid submission deadline is August 5, 2026, at 1:00 PM (PT). • The RTAA reserves the right to not award a contract for any work herein, and the issuance of this ITB does not guarantee any subsequent award.
