Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center (CTPHC), a maximum‑security forensic psychiatric hospital in Jessup, MD, seeks a qualified small‑business vendor to provide temporary dental services when its regular dentist or dental assistant is unavailable. The contract is a one‑year, firm‑fixed‑price, indefinite‑quantity agreement with a ceiling of $50,000 and is limited to certified small businesses.
