Description
The City of Pomona's Water Resources Department is seeking a licensed and bonded Class A contractor team to perform onsite utility, security, and pavement improvements at their operations yard located at 148 N. Huntington Street. The project includes the construction of a paved parking lot, installation of electric lights, cameras, and alarms, and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, local, and state construction standards. The contractor will be required to provide all mobilization, equipment, materials, and staff to complete the project. The project must be completed within 100 working days for the base bid work and 20 consecutive working days for the additive alternate work.
• The project requires a Class A California Contractor's license.
• The contractor must be listed on the City of Pomona's "prospective bidders list" on PlanetBids to participate in the bid.
• The bid response shall be submitted online through the PlanetBids system.
• The city will provide utility bill data to the vendor, who will be responsible for printing and mailing the bills to the city's utility customers.
