Description
The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a licensed veterinarian to serve as a subject matter expert in zoonotic diseases. The selected vendor will provide technical assistance and support to the Department's staff during outbreak response and case management efforts. The scope of work includes assessing zoonotic conditions, developing standard operating procedures, and collaborating with other agencies and organizations. The vendor must have experience in public health, infectious disease expertise, and One Health approaches.
• The vendor must respond to mandatory questions regarding their experience and capacity to perform the scope of services.
• The vendor must provide resumes for key personnel and redact personal information.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations.
• The vendor must submit monthly invoices using a form satisfactory to the Department.
