Description
The United States Air Force is seeking information from potential contractors to provide event logistic support services for the Airshow 2027, scheduled to take place from April 16-18, 2027, at Beale Air Force Base in California. The contractor will be responsible for providing professional logistical planning and execution, with a primary focus on traffic and parking management, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the event. The contractor shall act as the principal authority for the design and execution of the event's logistical framework. Key services include:
* Developing an Event Logistics Plan (ELP)
* Designing traffic and parking strategies
* Coordinating with external law enforcement and transportation agencies
* Managing the full project lifecycle, from initial planning to final closeout
* Providing on-site management and execution of the approved plan.
Some key points to consider are:
* The contractor must conduct a mandatory on-site visit within 90 days of contract award
* The contractor must submit a Draft ELP for Government review and comment within 30 days of the on-site visit
* The contractor must incorporate all required changes and submit a Final ELP for Government approval within 60 days of the initial draft's submission date
* The contractor must provide monthly progress reports to the Government Appointed Personnel (GAP) and Contracting Officer (CO).
