Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of six (6) full-size cargo vans with standard roofs for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (MSDGC). The vans should be 2026 or newer models. The bid includes the provision of warranty service and the bidder must fill out warranty information in Volume 2. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
• The bid must be submitted electronically through the City's Vendor Self Service website.
• The bidder must be registered to submit a bid.
• The bid must include all documents required in Volume 2 and Volume 3.
• The bidder must accurately complete the questionnaire(s) included in Volume 2.
• The bidder must submit Volume 3 – Excel Pricing Sheets in the original Excel (.xlsx) format provided by the City.
