Description
The State of California is seeking a qualified contractor to design, fabricate, deliver, and install six (6) fully operational floating restroom units for use on state‑owned lakes and reservoirs. Each unit must incorporate a plywood super‑structure, aluminum frame and sub‑structure, fiberglass deck, aluminum holding tanks, foam‑filled flotation pontoons, 12 V DC flush toilets, solar‑powered electrical systems, and all associated safety devices. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, testing, transportation, on‑site commissioning, and removal of packaging, and must comply with Buy America and Clean Vessel Act requirements.
