RFP Community Workforce Agreement Admin Services - Cater Res Resiliency Project

The City of Santa Barbara is seeking a consultant to provide Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) administration services for the Cater Reservoir Resiliency Project. The project involves the construction of a new 2.5-million gallon chlorine contact basin and structural upgrades to the existing finished water reservoir at the Cater Water Treatment Plant. The consultant will work collaboratively with the City's Community Workforce Coordinator to ensure compliance with the CWA. The scope of work includes coordinating and facilitating pre-job conferences, monitoring and enforcing all provisions of the CWA, and providing a comprehensive plan to facilitate the intent and purpose of the CWA. • The project is funded by a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan. • The construction schedule is estimated to be 900 calendar days. • The engineer's construction estimate is $28,500,000. • The City is seeking a consultant with experience in developing business continuity and recovery plans for the public sector. • The consultant will be required to obtain insurance and a business license from the City prior to the execution of the agreement.
