BPA - Laboratory Supplies/Reagents - Crownpoint Healthcare Facility

The Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Service Unit is seeking capable Indian-owned economic enterprises to provide laboratory supplies and reagents on an as-needed basis for the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, Laboratory Department. The contractor should be able to provide a full-line laboratory supply catalog and furnish a broad range of laboratory supplies and reagents as required by the Government. • The contractor must be able to provide supplies on an as-needed basis throughout the ordering period. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov. • The contractor must submit a Company Profile, a brief statement of capability, and other required documentation. • Indian-owned Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) and Indian-owned Economic Enterprises (IEEs) must also submit a completed IHS IEE Representation Form.
