The City of Denton is seeking a qualified consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive city‑wide pavement condition assessment, asset inventory, and data analysis for roughly 1,700 lane‑miles of roadway, 100+ acres of parking lots, 21 miles of bike lanes, 580 miles of sidewalks, and 11,200 ADA ramps. The contractor must collect high‑resolution surface data (IRI, rutting, cracking, PCI, etc.) using Class 1 profilers and 3‑D laser crack measurement systems, integrate the data into the city’s GIS/EAM system, and deliver calibrated datasets, quality‑management plans, exception reports, and a final written report with pavement management scenarios and cost projections for short‑ and long‑term capital planning.
