Description
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is seeking a contractor to provide a conference venue to host the PLCB Store Operations Spring 2026 District Manager Conference. The conference will be scheduled on one of the specified date ranges in April or May 2026. The contractor must be able to provide a fully licensed and insured facility, safe and lighted free parking, 65 hotel guest rooms, a general session room, a dining area, A/V support, catering services, and a location within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• The contractor must be able to accommodate up to 70 participants.
• The contractor must provide a minimum of 2 ADA-compliant hotel guest rooms and 1 handicap-accessible room.
• The contractor must provide a general session room large enough to hold all participants.
• The contractor must provide a dining area separate from the meeting area for each meal.
• The contractor must provide A/V support and catering services.
