Description
The City of Harrisonville is seeking a qualified consulting engineering firm to study, design, and potentially oversee the construction of treatment upgrades that will reliably remove copper and total phosphorus from its main wastewater treatment plant. The consultant will produce an engineering study report identifying viable treatment technologies, develop detailed design and permitting documentation, coordinate with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, and may provide bidding and construction‑phase services.
• Perform data analysis of existing influent spikes and pinpoint sources.
• Develop and evaluate multiple treatment options for copper and phosphorus removal.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs, permit packages, and optional construction‑phase support.
