Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a sole‑source vendor to supply and install new commercial‑grade kitchen equipment for the Nutrition & Food Services (NFS) Pot & Pan Room at the Washington DC VA Medical Center. The effort includes delivery of a custom 2‑compartment sink system, a food‑waste disposer, and a pot‑scrubber system, followed by field assembly performed by an Aerowerks‑authorized technician. Delivery must occur within 60 calendar days of award, and on‑site assembly must be completed within 14 days of delivery. The contractor is responsible for freight, uncrating, placement, warranty documentation, and compliance with OSHA, VA safety, and infection‑control standards.
