Description
Carver County Public Works is soliciting sealed bids for the resurfacing of County State‑Aid Highway (CSAH) 10 under two SAP projects (010‑610‑062 and 010‑610‑063). The work includes aggregate surfacing, mill‑bituminous surface placement, ultrathin bonded wearing courses, concrete curbs and gutters, line striping, and related drainage and utility structures. Bids must be submitted electronically via BidVault by 10:00 a.m. on July 21 2026, with a mandatory 5 % bid bond or cash deposit. Only registered plan‑holders on the ConneX portal may access the detailed plans and submit bids.
• Scope covers roughly 126,800 sq yd of mill‑bituminous surface and 103,400 sq yd of ultrathin wearing course, plus associated concrete and line‑striping work.
• Electronic submission only; no hard‑copy bids accepted.
• A 5 % bid bond/deposit is required; deposits of the three lowest bidders may be retained up to 60 days.
