Acquisition of four (4) EV utility cargo vans for US Mission in France

The U.S. Department of State is seeking to acquire four electric utility cargo vans for the U.S. Mission in France. The vans must meet specific technical requirements, including being full electric, having a minimum electric range of 200 km, and having automatic transmission. The contractor must also provide a preparation package, including vehicle cleaning and preparation for delivery. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible offeror. • The contract is for a firm fixed price. • The contractor must deliver the vehicles within 210 calendar days after the date of award. • The contractor must provide proof of SAM registration and necessary licenses and permits. • The contractor must have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in France. • The contractor must have prior experience in providing similar vehicles and have a satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics.
