Budget estimate

$150,000 – $300,000

The RFP does not disclose a contract value. Based on market rates for a custom 20‑ft aluminum trailer (≈$80‑$120 k) plus interior finishing, lighting, electrical work, and optional furnishings (additional $70‑$180 k), a reasonable total contract range is roughly $150,000 to $300,000. Larger budgets may be required if high‑end furnishings or advanced audiovisual educational equipment are specified, while a basic shell without furnishings would sit at the lower end.
