BeyondTrust (SBR only)

The State of Maryland is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software, specifically BeyondTrust PowerBroker Privileged Access Management and BeyondInsight. The contract will be for a fixed price, and the Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for the Manufacturer. The State reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantity, and the Master Contractor must provide pricing that is valid for at least 90 days after the due date. The contract will have annual pricing, and the first year's invoice shall be billed within 30 days of contract start. Some key points to consider are: • The Master Contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. • The Master Contractor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free. • The State is not bound to any agreement or terms and conditions not provided in the Master Contractor’s Proposal. • The contract will be limited to certified small business vendors. • The award will be based on the most advantageous offer considering the price and evaluation factors.
