NorthEast Research Library Consortium (NERL)

The University at Buffalo intends to purchase electronic database library subscriptions from NERL consortium C/O Center for Research Libraries pursuant to its authority under section 163 (3) (vi) which authorizes the purchase of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors who sell electronic database subscriptions may if interested, contact the University to discuss procurement.
