Southerly Water Reclamation Plant VFD and Harmonic Filter Up

The City of Columbus, Public Utilities Department, is seeking bids for the replacement of various equipment at the Southerly Water Reclamation Plant, including Thickening Centrifuge Bowl and Scroll VFDs, Thickening Centrifuge Auxiliary Equipment VFDs, Harmonic Filters, Skimmings VFDs, Return Activated Sludge Pump VFDs, and other related work. The contract will consist of replacing the specified equipment in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, special provisions, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications. • Replacement of 5 Thickening Centrifuge Bowl and 5 Thickening Centrifuge Scroll VFDs • Replacement of 20 Thickening Centrifuge Auxiliary Equipment VFDs • Replacement of 4 Thickening Centrifuge Harmonic Filters • Replacement of 5 Skimmings VFDs • Replacement of 16 Return Activated Sludge Pump VFDs • Replacement of 8 Waste Activated Sludge Pump VFDs • Replacement of 12 Secondary Clarifier Collector Drive VFDs • Replacement of 4 Return Activated Sludge Pump Harmonic Filters • Replacement of 4 Fine Screen Drive VFDs • Other related work as necessary to complete the contract
