Francis Marion University is seeking a qualified printing vendor to produce a 20‑page viewbook (plus 4‑page cover) in an 8.5″ × 8.5″ format, with high‑quality 120‑lb satin cover stock and 100‑lb satin interior stock. A total of 25,000 copies are required: 13,000 will be mailed directly by the vendor with variable‑data printing on the back cover, and 12,000 will be carton‑packed and shipped to the university for its own mailing. The vendor must handle all aspects of production—including printing, binding, variable‑data printing, packaging, and coordination of bulk‑mail services—and meet the detailed specifications for paper, inks, and finishing. The contract will be awarded shortly after the bid opening, with delivery and performance expected shortly thereafter.
