The State Board for Technical and Comprehensive Education of South Carolina is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive online proctoring solution for its sixteen technical colleges. The contract will be a fixed‑price, multi‑year agreement (initial 1‑year term with up to four one‑year renewals) covering a range of service levels—from basic browser‑lock to full live‑proctoring with AI‑assisted monitoring. Vendors must demonstrate integration capability with Blackboard and D2L/Brightspace, 24/7 technical support, accessibility compliance, and U.S.‑based service delivery. Bids are due by 10:00 AM EST on 18 April 2023, with award expected 2 May 2023.
