Intent to Sole Source

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to BD Bioscience for the provision of Flow Cytometer Wash Assistants for the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. Although this is a sole source contract, other responsible sources may submit a capability statement to be considered by the agency. The capability statement should include the System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity ID (UEI), the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and documentation that the vendor is an authorized distributor/reseller. • The contract is for a Firm Fixed Price with option periods. • The agency is seeking Flow Cytometer Wash Assistants for the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. • All offerors must have an active registration in SAM at www.sam.gov. • The information submitted will be retained as Market Research.
