Description
The New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) is soliciting bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services for Day Habilitation Programs in Cattaraugus County. The scope of work includes preventative maintenance services, emergency services, and non-emergency repairs/replacements for three Day Habilitation Program sites.
• The contract term is anticipated to be five years, unless an amendment is mutually agreed upon by both parties and approved by the Office of the State Comptroller.
• The contractor must attend a mandatory site visit and provide at least three work references that verify relevant experience.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder who provides the lowest Total Estimated Annual Combined HVAC Cost.
• Prevailing wage will apply to all repairs, replacements, and modifications provided.
• The contractor must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) and submit their Certificate of Contractor Registration at the time of bid submission.
