Reynolds Areas Pump Station Renovations

The City of Toledo is seeking statements of qualifications from firms to provide progressive design-build services for the renovation of the Reynolds Area Pump Station. The project includes the addition of a screening facility and collection chamber, replacement of pumps/motors, LED lighting upgrades, relocation of the stairwell, and consideration of a heat recovery system. The estimated construction cost is $7.5 million. The selected firm will be responsible for providing pre-construction services, final design, construction, and post-construction services.
