Description
The City of Waycross is seeking an engineering firm to provide pre- and post-award services for various community and economic development projects. The projects may include public infrastructure improvements such as water, sewer, street paving, and drainage. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing preliminary engineering reports, planning, design, cost estimating, bidding, contracting, construction oversight, quality control, and project closeout. The firm will also need to have experience with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) projects.
• The contract is subject to federal and state contract provisions prescribed by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA).
