Description
The US Navy is seeking a contractor to provide a temporary office trailer for the chaplain on the USS Savannah (LCS-28). The trailer must be 10 feet by 10 feet and equipped with overhead lighting, 120-volt receptacles, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC). The office space must contain a lockable office desk, a swivel desk chair with armrest, a 5-gallon waste paper basket, a desktop telephone with speaker phone capability, a lockable 2-drawer filing cabinet, a computer line capable of data transmission, three guest chairs, a photocopier, and a water cooler with bottled water service. The contractor must also provide janitorial services, including emptying of waste baskets and sweeping daily. The facility must be in accordance with local building and sanitary codes and current fire safety regulations.
• The trailer must be located at the contractor's facility.
• The contractor must provide one set of keys to the supervisor.
• The office space must be maintained and equipped with the specified items for the entire contract period.
• The contractor must remove each service upon completion of the contract period or when directed by the supervisor.
