The City of Indianapolis is seeking qualified contractors to design and construct the Pleasant Run Greenway Phases 1‑3, a multi‑phase linear park and trail system that will connect neighborhoods, improve storm‑water management, and enhance recreational opportunities along the Pleasant Run waterway. The scope includes detailed engineering, earthwork, paving, drainage structures, landscaping, and related utilities for a total budget of $5‑10 million. • Design and construction of trail segments, including grading, sub‑base, and surface paving. • Installation of drainage, bridges, culverts, and storm‑water controls aligned with greenway standards. • Landscaping, planting, signage, and ancillary amenities (benches, lighting, access points). • Coordination with city utilities, environmental agencies, and local stakeholders. • Compliance with federal, state, and municipal construction specifications and safety regulations.
