The City of Flint seeks a qualified contractor to provide crane and rigging services for the installation of a lid on the South Storage Tank located at the Water Power Center (WPC). The scope includes mobilizing a crane, rigging the tank lid, safely lifting and positioning the lid onto the tank, and demobilizing equipment after successful installation.
