The USDA Forest Service is seeking quotations for two new over‑snow vehicle snowmobiles to support winter recreation and trail‑maintenance activities on the Plumas National Forest. The snowmobiles must meet specific performance, emissions, and durability requirements for rugged terrain and must be delivered to the Forest’s Quincy, CA office within 60 days of order receipt. This is a total small‑business set‑aside RFQ, with preference given to economically disadvantaged women‑owned small businesses.
• Two (2) new snowmobiles, non‑WCFE, meeting detailed engine, weight, payload, and dimension specs.
• Must comply with California EPA & CARB emissions, include all shipping, warranty, and certification documents.
