Description
The Hawaii State Department of Health is seeking a vendor to coordinate, organize, and host a celebratory event for National Home Visiting Week, which will take place from April 20-24, 2026. The event aims to promote the program and services within state system planning efforts and raise awareness about the program. The vendor will be responsible for event planning, logistics, and coordination, including travel support services, registration system, vendor insurance, catering timelines, audio/visual setup, and hospitality services. The vendor must have at least five years of experience in coordinating events with high-profile engagement events and prior experience working with state health departments or similar government agencies.
• The contract period will extend from January 16, 2026, through May 31, 2026.
• The vendor must be licensed to conduct business in the state of Hawaii and have an office located in the state at the time of award.
• The vendor must be compliant with all relevant state and federal statutes.
• The maximum budget for the event is $51,633.85.
